For a while now we have been offing various ECU fitting and mapping options. Although the this site had not mentioned as such (and is due to be updated over the following days), we primarily work with power fc, e-Manage, and Omex, but we do others and suggest you speak to us ifyou have any questions.
The most popular we seem to deal with are the Greddy e-Manage systems, and that is what I am going to introduce in this update. First of all you may wish to read here if you are not aware of what the Greddy e-Manage system is. So what do we offer? We offer a mobile fitting and/or mapping service. The reason we offer mobile is primarily due to the fact 90% of the cars we work with are initially unable to drive under their own power due to the kind of alterations they have had. For example, you may have fitted a new airflow meter and injectors after a fresh engine rebuild or alteration of pipework. As a result your car may now not drive and having it trailered to a workshop is both impractical, expensive and inconvenient.
Installation and mapping usually takes about 4-6 hours in total, and our basic price starts from around £280. So what cars do we offer this on? The following may give you an idea: Mitsubishi 4G63 Nissan SR20DE,SR20DET,MA09ERT,CG10DE,CG13DE,GA16DE This is an example of the popular cars and is by no means an extensive list, if the system supports it we can fit it, and if it doesn't we can engineer a solution for you that will.
So what about our experience? We first started using the e-Manage systems in 2004 on our own GTi-R project. It was quite a new idea then and in almost no time at all we were getting results. At this time we were producing around 400bhp and achieving 1/4 mile times comfortably in the 11 second bracket. Since this time we have fitted many more e-Manage, and carried out much of our own development. For example our March Super turbo project was fitted with the e-Manage ultimate as soon as we could get our hands on it. Officially it does not support the car however with a bit of investigation with the main car and loom everything fell into place and as a result it now controls all the cars systems with fantastic results. I shall be asking some of our previous customers to give a frank and honest view of what they thought of our services.
