Its been a while since anything was updated on here. The lack of available hours in the day typically means that things like this tend to come last! There have been a few price drops around the site, most notably the e-manage range or products. The trouble is however that there is so little mark up in these that its still impossible to compete with the back-door tax free imports that so many manage to get. However its worth remembering that pretty much always you get what you pay for and often our experience and support with the e-manage as part of the package far outweighs the cost saving from buying from anyone regardless of how cheap Cool. The Pulsar turbos are proving popular. Anyone with a 2.0 wanting between 3-450bhp should consider the 3071, they truly are impressive bits of metal.

I should also perhaps say that there is so much more than what this site can tell you about us. We are self confessed experts with the e-Manage units. We have mapped hundreds of these now, and have people come from far and wide to take advantage of our experience.
One interesting one recently was a customer who came over from Ireland with a March Superturbo, and went away with approximately 30% more bhp than he arrived with. Its a shame this one is are so far as with a few simple mods so much more is possible. We have also carried out conversions to remove NATS from K11 micras with faulty ECUS and converting them to run on non-nats ecus setups. Thus saving the owner hundreds of pounds for a new ecu and NATS related problems. Finally another not so common one was the conversion of an Almera GTI to run with Pulsar RNN14 ecu on the stock Almera loom to solve problems with the SR20DET engine which was previously running with the Almera ECU and blue e-manage. There are a few more tweeks to be made here soon but this car is going to be a real weapon.

So what else is new? A few of our customers long term projects are now near completion. One interesting project in particular is a 2000 Nissan Micra 1.4 which is the first that we know of anywhere with such a turbo conversion. We have fitted a GT25R turbo, removed the Bosch engine management, and rebuilt the engine using our own design of pistons and a new prototype head gasket. In place of the Bosch ECU we fitted an Omex 600 series unit. A rather nice device that neatly fitted in with the Micras revised electronics.

The car is currently running on standard cams and was recently for the first time put on a rolling road after having completed about 4000 miles since a rebuild. The results were quite impressive with a power reading of 201.7bhp up from a standard 85bhp stock. This power was also produced under 6000 rpm, and the dyno results as expected showed how the stock cams are now struggling with this increase in power.

Click HERE to see the Dyno result. It is still very early days yet. The GT25R turbo is running quite well within its limits. The cams need improving and there are many many other tweaks to make before the full potential of this car will be realised. However like all out major projects, we will refrain from calling it a complete success until it has had time to prove its capabilities.

I shall endeavour to do some much needed updating to the site over the next few weeks. Its about time there was more of what we offered on here. But in the meantime if you have any questions about anything we offer please do get in contact with us!
