About Us

Introduction

Founded in 2002 Fusion Motorsport  was created by a couple of enthusiasts with a wish to tune the Pulsar GTi-R. Pretty quickly it became evident that at this time there was not much information around and so they began their own tuning program to establish what was possible. Interest grew and after a few successful race meetings and developments with other cars it was clear that they had something special. In 2005 the company was formed, and fusion was Official.

What do we do?

Primarily we do two things firstly supply parts and  such as tyres and turbos and secondly work with OEM and after market ECU systems.
We offer mobile fitting and mapping facilities for Omex, e-Manage, Power FC, Motec, Microtec and most other popular ECU systems. We also have the facilities to remap stock Nissan ECU's and will soon be introducing Flash re-mapping technology for Subaru and Mitsubishi car computers. In addition to this we can map configure and setup virtually any piece of after market electronic control equipment such as boost controller, fuel computers or launch control.

Staff/Contributors

Many people make Fusion Motorsport what it is. Below are the people who are in one way or another actively involved in seeing it grow and pushing our knowledge forwards.

Ed is the original founder of Fusion Motorsport. With an educated background in computers, electronics and physics he has also consulted and designed systems for other well known performance companies. Ed is Fusion Motorsports resident mapper.

Allen is Fusion Motorsports guinea pig. Most of the development work we have done has been carried out on Allens own cars past and present. He is also a tuning and parts adviser for early Evos and Pulsars having at one stage more than like had it or tried it.

Phill is new to Fusion but carries out and ensures business and operational tasks are carried out. A good people person Phill enjoys speaking to customers and helping with their requirements.

Pete is our Nissan ECU expert, and is actively involved in reverse engineering the code within Nissans computers, most recently with the March Superturbo ROM which together with Ed they have now produced possibly the first remapped March ST ECU outside of Japan.
