The GReddy Profec B Spec II boost controller is fast becoming one of the most popular current boost controllers there are, and also a best seller of ours. This amazingly simple to use device with minimal set up means it is also very reliable, and effective in use.
It features an LCD screen to monitor boost pressure in real time, with peak hold and boost recall. You have the option of boost readout in kPa or bar, and it is capable of controlling upto boost pressures of 43 psi.
The front unit features a high low button that select two different settings of boost. The response and the consistency of the boost can be adjusted by using the GAIN and START BOOST setting. A built in warning feature will alert the driver when the boost exceeds the set boost pressure with an alarm, and at the same time also reducing the boost to a safe level using the LIMITER feature.
Yet more options are provided by means of a remote switch in which allows remote control of the high/low boost settings. You may for example fit a steering wheel mounted switch that allows you to reduce boost for 1st and 2nd gears etc.
